Production takes place on an assembly line, with components moving from workstation to workstation for steel panelized framing. Materials for four average size home of 1,700 - 2,200 sq. ft can be produced in just a day. Concurrent with the successful initial market acceptance and utilization of panelized homes, has been the advancement of alternative materials to effectively compete against traditional stick and/or concrete built homes. Our technological solution is combining structural strength and insulation in a single element and created a product that exceeds both the Miami-Dade Hurricane Code and the proposed 2007 High Wind Shelter Code.
