Due to the fosilitazion of the oil againt the big issue of the procces of the oil refining , aditives has been discovered and It is impossible to follow the Kyoto protocol for the year 2008.
Indeed, for the necesity to replace the oil for another green combustible (an issue for all the humanity ,we get to the bottom part, that is to mix the gasoline with Ethanol. That will help a lot ,it will reduce the burning of the gases. Just the gasoline part it will be the responsable for the harming gases .
THe kyoto protocol about the global warming is an international agreement. It is the priority to reduce the emmision of six gases responsible for the global warming : carbon (CO2),methanol gas(Ch4) nitrose oxide (N2O)and another 3 industrial gases like Hidroflourcarbones(HFC),and(PFC)and some others like (SF6) ,in a percentage aproximatly of 5% during a period that goes trough 2008-2012 compared to the emisions of the 1990 .To treat well the enviroment .

Now from 2008 the part of the mix between the gasoline-ethanol it will go raising up until get to 5% of the emisions of 2012
that means that the countries like: The United States,Japan and the European countries Demand a huge quantity of Ethanol. please visit our site www.renewbablesolutions.tk
Hello, very interesting discussion indeed. The thing I wanted to mention is that the process of economical development is eternal until the humanity exists at all. Therefore you should not be that critical about these kind of changes since alongside with certain problems they always bring new opportunities. I want to draw your attention to the Global Carbon company (google it in case you don’t know). These guys from Holland established a company, which invests in the factories/plants, oil/coal extraction sites in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Russia to renovate them technically thus allowing to reduce the amount of emissions. This reduction quota is further sold on the international market for emissions to the countries, which need these quotas. In this situation every side has its stake. So, people need to be more critical and analytical concerning changes, which are continuously happening in the world. In case you are interested you can find more articles about it, I found really comprehensive analytical articles about this issue in this file search engine
Best regards and thanks for nice discussion.
